Please put your hand or foot through the cord with the cord spread out and then tighten the cord.
The hand or foot is assumed to pass through the maximum size.

■How to choose your size
Both S and L sizes are compatible with both bracelets and anklets.
Size S is recommended for women with thin wrists and ankles,
Size L is recommended for men with thicker wrists and ankles.
If you are using it as an anklet only, you can choose size L even if you are a woman.
The larger the size, the more double strands are used, and the smaller the size, the more single strands are used.
