Due to differences in delivery dates for different items, we do not allow customers to specify delivery dates.

Normally, we ship in 1 to 3 business days.

If delivery will be later than usual, we will notify you by e-mail.

We will send you a shipping email after shipment.

Please check the tracking number from the shipping company's page.

We usually ship within 1 to 3 business days.

For items that require more time for delivery, we will notify you by e-mail.

There is a possibility that your order has been put on hold due to incomplete information.

We will notify you by e-mail when there is an incomplete order. If you have not received an e-mail, it is possible that your spam mail settings have been set to reject our e-mail.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you please clear your spam mail settings and contact us.

Please refer to the page of each carrier or your mailer's manual for instructions on how to cancel spam mail.

If you wish to receive specific e-mail addresses, please enable the "@deluxe.co.jp" domain.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons, so please check your order carefully.

We will exchange rings if the product itself has an error of 1 size or more, but we will not exchange rings if the product itself has an error of 1 size or less, or if the customer made a mistake in measurement.

Payment

Credit card (VISA/MASTER/AMERICAN EXPRESS)

Apple Pay・・・You can use Apple products.

Google Pay・・・You can use the payment method registered in your Google account.

Shop pay・・・You can pay with only an authorization code at the corresponding store from the next time onwards by registering.

We do not issue receipts.
The official receipt will be the one issued by the credit card company or other payment processing company that actually made the payment.

If you need a temporary receipt, please print out your order e-mail or other documents.

Shopping

However, we ask that you contact the recipient of the gift in advance so that they will not be able to identify the package as coming from someone else.
If you wish, we can put "Gift from Mr. 00" in the remarks column of the invoice, but since the text is very small, there is a possibility that the recipient will not notice it, so we recommend that you contact us first.

Also, we do not support sending paired items to separate shipping addresses.
If you wish to have your items shipped to different destinations, please purchase the individual items one at a time and change the shipping address.

It may take some time for the product options to load.
Please be sure to add the items to your cart after the page has finished loading.

If you add items to the cart before the page has finished loading, they may end up in the cart without the required items selected, or the order may be placed without the required charges added.

If you think you are missing an obvious item, please refresh the page and select it again, as it may have stopped loading halfway through.

We are usually closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
